As the passionate founder of a nonprofit organization and dedicated to empowering youth. Inspired by my own early commitment to community service, I have turned my lifelong passion into purpose. With a Master’s in Public Health, I have combined academic knowledge and lived experience to create impactful programs that uplift and support the next generation.
JESSICA RODGERS
President
Ms. Rodgers has dedicated her entire career to the nonprofit sector, driven by a passion for community service and empowerment. She currently serves as President of Divine Intervention Inc., where she leads initiatives focused on education, technology, and community outreach. In addition, she is a Director at Girls Inc., a national nonprofit inspiring all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. With years of experience and unwavering commitment, Ms. Rodgers continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.
KERRAUND THOMPSON
Vice President
With a lifelong commitment to service, Kerraund Thompson serves as Vice President of Divine Intervention Incorporated, where he brings vision, leadership, and a deep passion for community development. A dedicated mentor to youth throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in empowering the next generation through education, guidance, and support. Beyond his professional work, Mr. Thompson is devoted to his faith and plays an active role in his church community. He is equally committed to his family, drawing strength and inspiration from them in all that he does.
ANDREA LYNCH
Treasurer
Ms Lynch brings a strong background in procurement and billing, paired with her current role as a Validation Technician at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality have been key throughout her career. Ms. Lynch also serves as the Treasurer of Divine Intervention, where she applies her financial expertise to support the organization’s mission and growth.
NANDI HARMON
Secretary
Ms. Harmon is a Market and Project Manager at GHX, where they specialize in driving strategic initiatives and managing key projects to improve operational efficiency. In addition to their professional role, Ms. Harmon serves as the Secretary of Divine Intervention, where they bring strong organizational skills and a passion for community service to support the nonprofit’s mission. Their dedication to both business excellence and community impact sets them apart as a dynamic leader.
